Youngsters from across the County recently showed off their sporting prowess at a special junior ‘Go Tri’ event which was held at Tenby Leisure Centre.
 
55 youngsters aged between seven and 12 competed in a series of swimming, cycling and running races which were organised by Pembrokeshire Leisure - Pembrokeshire County Council’s leisure service.
 

Deserved rewards for all finishers

 
The event was the second ‘Kids Go Tri’ event hosted by the Tenby centre and all finishers won well deserved medals, a T-shirt and goodie bag for their efforts.
 
Volunteers and sponsorship was provided by Tri Exercise, Bierspool Cycles, Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Princes Gate, Holland & Barratt, Caffe Carrello and Tenby RFC.
 
The next event in the ‘Kids Go Tri’ series takes place at Crymych Leisure Centre on July 20^th.
